Event Hours:
10:00AM – 5:00PM
Check In and Setup:
Friday, November 18                    2PM-7PM Set Up Time

Saturday, November 19                7AM-9:30AM

If you need to set-up on Friday, please let us know so we can plan layout accordingly.
Entrances:
Adams Street (across from Spring Lake Church)
Loading Area (off of Northland – behind Hotel Northland building)
Pine Street Parking Ramp (time limitations for when available)

Elevator/Stairs:
The location is on the second floor. There is an elevator used by guests and an elevator used by staff which is larger. There are stairs leading to event location from the main lobby and a different set of stairs from the loading dock.
Tables/Chairs/Electricity:
If you requested, table/chairs or electricity – all will be set-up with white linens and access to an outlet.
Coffee & Donuts*:
We will provide until 9:45 am.

Tear Down
Tear down cannot start prior to 5:00 pm. Please dismantle and pack up your area before retrieving your vehicle.

All tear down must be completed and exited by 7:00 pm.

Street/Ramp Parking:
Street and ramp parking is available in the downtown area.
Trailer Parking:

It is very important, if you have a large trailer that would not be able to fit in the ramps/or street parking – please let me know. There is an option, but it is limited.

Artists Location:
You will be placed in: Emerald Room, Crystal Ballroom or Mezzanine.
The historic venue is absolutely beautiful with high ceilings and a lot of character, so NO pipe and drape.
