New Artstreet Location Offers Many Advantages Mosaic Arts excited about possibilities

FOR IMMEIDATE RELEASE April 1, 2022
(Green Bay, Wis.) Mosaic Arts, the nonprofit organization behind the annual art, music and food festival, Artstreet, is excited about the possibilities for growth at its new location, Ashwaubomay Park in Ashwaubenon. This festival will be held August 26-28, 2022.

“Our new location offers 84 acres of space for us to spread out and do things that were not possible with the limited footprint we had in the past,” explained Mosaic Arts board member Carol Faltynski. “As an art and education advocacy organization, we are excited to expand our offerings.” Faltynski added that a number of new features are being worked on and will be announced in the coming months.

“One new item we can share is that we will have professional sand sculptors at Artstreet this year who will be creating some amazing sculptures along Ashwaubomay Lake,” she stated. “It will be exciting to see them work and watch the sand sculptures come to life.” In addition to expanding exhibits and features, those attending the event will like the parking options.

On-site parking will be available and there will be free shuttles running from the Brown County Fair Grounds to Artstreet. Parking at the Fair Grounds will also be free.

On behalf of Mosaic Arts, Faltynski thanked the City of Green Bay and downtown businesses for their support through the years. “It was wonderful to be downtown,” she stated. “Our organization, the artists, vendors and the public have a lot of good memories from our 40 years there. Now we’re looking forward to creating new memories as we grow in our new location.” # # #
