Art Fair Set Up
Exhibitors may set up on Friday, February 28 from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. or on Saturday from 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. All exhibits must be in place by 10:00 a.m. Exhibitors are able to drive into the KI Convention Center on Friday, prior to 4:00 p.m. Upon arrival to KI Convention Center, please enter from the back or side of the building (off of Elm Street or N. Adams Street respectively). You must check in at the Show Office (located in the west hall off of N. Adams Street) prior to setting up to obtain pertinent exhibitor information (passes, name tags, etc.) and space location. It is recommended that smaller items can be dropped off at the side entry off of N. Adams Street. There is 30 minute unloading there. Larger items can be dropped off through the back garage doors off of Elm Street. Free parking for trailers will be available in the WPS lot which is directly behind the KI Convention Center. Free parking in the WPS lot is available from 5 p.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Monday. However, if you are staying at the Hyatt, you may leave your trailer there. Mosaic Arts Inc. will have all meters on Elm Street directly behind the KI Center/Hyatt/Associated Bank capped (free) on Friday, February 28 until the WPS lot becomes available to artists.
Art Fair hours are Saturday, February 29 and Sunday, March 1 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Overnight security is not provided; however, the exhibit hall will be locked Friday and Saturday after all leave.
Artigras volunteers will be walking the Art Fair during event hours looking for ribbons that indicate an artist needs a break. You will be receiving a ribbon in your Welcome Packet.
As in past years, Artigras will host an Art Raffle to help fund its year-round arts activities. You can help by donating an item valued at a minimum of $35. With each item you donate, please include a business card with your booth number to easily connect patrons to your booth.
Volunteers will come around to collect your donated items on Saturday morning. Otherwise you can leave them at the Artigras check-in desk. All items will be displayed at the Art Raffle all day Saturday and Sunday. A closed raffle drawing will take place at 3 pm on Sunday, March 1.

Please take the time to fill out the online entry form to donate to the Art Raffle and to give us your Wisconsin Tax ID information. We are required to report all exhibitors and their sellers permit numbers at the end of the year to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Your information is sent securely and stored securely.
